Requirements

At Vindles, your satisfaction is our priority. Prior to shipping each order, we carefully inspect each products quality, however, if you are not pleased with your Vindles order for any reason, you may return or exchange any unused merchandise within 15 days of the product invoice date. Returns will be refunded based on the original merchandise purchase price and will be refunded to the original method of payment. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless you received a damaged product from us. You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed.

All returns are processed within a week of receipt. We reserve the right to exchange or replace with a similar valued product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To insure an accurate return, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please call us at (860) 578-8433. They will help issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to you. Please include this number in your return, and make sure it is marked clearly on the outside of the package.

When returning your package, ship via U.S. Post Office as GROUND ONLY, please be sure to obtain a tracking number for your reference and insure the package for the full value including shipping. Vindles is not responsible for any returns/exchanges that are lost in the mail while being returned to us.

All returns and exchanges are valid ONLY for consumer merchandise purchases made directly on the Vindles website www.vindles.com. If you purchased the product from a retail store or website other than www.vindles.com, please contact the retailer or website directly for return/exchange policies.

Receipt of Wrong Product

If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or something is missing in your order from us, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. To assist us in expediting a prompt resolution of the shipping error, you will be asked to provide (i) your web order number (the number on the invoice we sent with your order); and (ii) a description of the incorrectly shipped or missing item. We will then process a replacement shipment as soon as possible and provide return instructions, if applicable.
